Introduction and Selection of Bearing Units

Rovix is the registered trademark of our company’s bearing units, bearing housings, and insert bearings. Bearing units consist of a combination of a bearing housing and an insert bearing.

Bearing units have a simple and effective self-aligning feature that can accommodate installation errors. They can be easily mounted on various industrial shafts and are particularly useful in equipment frames.

The range of bearing housings is extensive, including pillow block housings, various flange housings, tapped base housings, round housings, etc. The materials used for the housings include gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, pressed steel, stainless steel, and plastic.

Insert bearings and bearing housings are interchangeable. The same bearing housing can accommodate various types of insert bearings, and the same insert bearing can be fitted with various types of bearing housings.

Rovix insert bearings focus on sealing, offering different sealing methods depending on the application, including J-type rubber seals, H-type dustproof metal seals, SL-type double seals, L3-type triple lip seals, F-type combination seals, special multi-layer seals, bearing end cap seals, and bearing housing end cap seals.

Rovix insert bearings can be easily mounted and secured on standard shafts using eccentric collars, set screws, adapter sleeves, or concentric sleeves.

The reliable, simple, and easy-to-install characteristics of TRQ bearing units make them widely used in agricultural machinery, mining equipment, textile machinery, fans, elevators, packaging machinery, fitness equipment, automated parking systems, construction machinery, and processing and automation equipment.
